Whlist visiting a pre-warp civilization Captain Archer falls ill when the Enterprise encounters a Klingon ship which is in fact not what it seems and which affects the entire ship but their opponent turns out to be vulnerable to a cunning bluff and so they do something ludicrous and Archer delivers a speech, which means everything turns out okay, give or take a few personal tragedies. Then, finally Archer says something irrelevant and they leave at warp factor one.
