Whlist visiting a pre-warp civilization Subcommander T'Pol suffers temporary amnesia when the Enterprise encounters Commander Shran which is in fact not what it seems and which puts them in a terrible ethical dilemma so they do something ludicrous and their opponent leaves, which means everything turns out okay, give or take a few personal tragedies. Then, finally Malcolm says something cliche and they leave at warp factor one.
