Whlist gettin' from there to here Subcommander T'Pol falls ill when the Enterprise encounters a strange alien which is in fact from the future and which breaks the warp engines and frightens Hoshi but their opponent turns out to be well-meaning and vulnerable to a good talking to and so they do something ludicrous and their opponent leaves, which means everything turns out okay, and everybody forgets it ever happened. Then, finally Trip says something smug and they leave at warp factor three.
